I got a Gallery of gun notification the other day.... five were available .
Well, as much as I would like to have one to keep my other 357 rifles company .....No way.
This particular model is just too much..... with tax and other fees = over a grand .
I'm grateful for that which I already have ....This one is not to be had.

Good luck on your quest .... I want to see pics when you get one.

Happy Shootin!

Yea - I agree - I am having a hard time avoiding the Marlin I posted a pic of! - I hope the color case hardening is 'real' - and not chemically created.

Davidsons Gallery of Guns sells at full list. There selling for 819.00 to 869.00 on gunbroker. I have seen the 45 colt carbines as low as 779.00 Most all of the Big Boys are in that 7 to 800 range. Im not sure on the color case but it looks real to me.

Not Quite. When selecting a firearm from Davidson's , you hit the instant quote button. It will then give you a list of dealers in your area that have a relationship with Davidson's and the price each dealer is offering that product for. Add Tax, and DROS = Over a Grand out here for a "CCH"357.

I too would like to see that link on the CCH process Henry is using. Please post it!

Try the link below. It is out of stock. But, the list price is $796.99. I have not used them yet. However, I may on my next purchase.

Yes indeed! I have signed up to be notified when a rifle I have been looking at is in stock. With a $50.00 transfer fee at the LGS I have been dealing with, the price of the rifle is still not bad. Plus, there is a return policy if I don't accept it. Of course, there is a restock fee if it is not the company's fault. I guess I will have to pay to play. But, I will try locally first and give the LGS an opportunity to meet the deal.

They do have good prices......Can't use them out here.....Behind enemy lines =CA .....till Spring ---then we run for sweet Freedom!!!!!!!

In General, all Firearms cost more out here ....easily $150.-200.more .... I used to work in a GS...CaL prices are just stupid because of all the paperwork.

Happy Shootin!
