4 solid months of winter so far, but sooner or later spring will get sprung. Just have to be patient like these guys....my wife saw them yesterday relaxing in the rocks near the Alberta BC border....

Woke up to about a foot of snow on the ground, and windy this morning
. It's still March, but, c'mon. My new knee isn't yet cleared for snow pushing, being in my possession only a week, so a lot of it will be allowed to melt where it fell - we don't need no stinkin' sidewalk
. It'll be April tomorrow
.

March went out like a lamb and was 55 and sunny. Washed two vehicles in the driveway. Yesterday was sunny in the afternoon at 39 F. Today is 27, going to 48. Supposed to be sunny.
Coffee in the Henry mug today.
Hope you had a good weekend. Supposed to meet a friend tonight.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Yesterday was 60 F. Today, I'm expecting up to six inches of new snow. I already have 3" accumulated. The local weatherman says that when the sun comes out this afternoon, it will all quickly melt. I'm gonna go with that.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
beautiful morning in our neighborhood, hope to take our oldest grandson out to a range today .... in looking at the morning weather reports, winter just doesn't want to turn loose in many places north of us .... somehow kids hunting Easter Eggs in the snow just doesn't seem right ..

Woke up to 70°this morning at 5:00 a.m. Humidity is high today as well. I guess it's almost summer. As they say down here we have four seasons: Almost Summer; Summer; Still Summer; and Christmas.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
WE got 6" of snow overnight, less than expected. But it's only been 10F all day. Still looks like a winter wonderland out there. I see temps in the 40's coming after next weekend, then some 50's later in the month if the forecast holds. Horses are shedding like crazy and bucking around the corral, they cannot wait to get out and get moving around. Fences to fix first though as soon as I can see them, still buried in snow.

It's mid thirties, going to low forties. Supposed to rain a lot. Better than snow I guess.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
In the 70's again this morning. I was going to go to the range but there's a 70% chance of rain and I hear some thunder off in the distance. Maybe I'll wait an hour or two and see if things clear.

6:20am start to this new morning. Potter mug going with warming double mocha.
Temps to be in lower 60s today & sunny; sounds like a chance for maybe an outdoor range visit.
Tomorrow the winter/spring teeter-totter falls back to low 30s, with predicted snow 1"-3" mixed with some freezing rain. It seems like there has been more snow during April than we had the entire winter! (Not sure if that will be a stat or not...). Have a good day!
