Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Thirty six degrees out, new coffee arrived via amazon. Eight o'clock coffee. We had been drinking Dunkin Donuts for a long while, but the blend, or or tastes changed. We like the new stuff. Life member mug. I'll be in the shop today if all goes well, miss t has to catch the huge yarn sale.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
only one cup of coffee this morning because today our drive from home to Texas where we will spend the winter begins .... within the next hour or so we hope to have finished packing, hooking up our camper and being on the road .... the forecast indicates we will be in and out of rain on the way but the good news is, the temp should be in the low '70's when we get to Augusta, GA this afternoon
Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Safe travels Jim and enjoy the ride. Rained here yesterday. Dont remember rain in Colorado in January. Clear today and headed for 40F.No moisture in sight in the long range. Sure is dry here. Off to work

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
We are having the first measurable snowfall in over a year, on top of some ice... oh, and the wind is gusting to 50 mph, and the temperature is in the 20's and falling. Looks like a good day to clean handguns.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Not morning, now. I had a meeting to get to, so didn't post early. It was 29 at 7:00, when I left, flurries just starting, the deck was glazed with ice from drizzle. Now it's 9, and the snowflakes are going by sideways, on its way to -13. Back to winter.

I find it strange that schools have cancelled classes already for tomorrow. It is hard to take a winter storm warning seriously ,when the temperature right now is 65 degrees.

It's 55 here, going to about 60 f then, presto, chango, going to rain, freezing rain and a foot of snow by tomorrow. Low tomorrow -3 f. A roller coaster of weather. Raining like crazy here now. It it was snow there would be three feet tomorrow.
Coffee remains consistent. Black. In the Henry mug today.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
It's 55 here as well, and supposed to rain. The cold weather returns over the weekend, back into the low 30s, but not single digits again. Thankfully.
Hot coffee in the mug and a trip to the wood shop in the plans. Hoping to start a couple projects. Want to keep busy, been rather bored, the busy work helps, but not very satisfying. LOL.

Got a freezin rain comin down at the moment.
Weatherman lied again, none of this was supposed to be here til this afternoon.
Coffee is good, the fire is going.
Enjoy your day, as I will but from the inside of the house.

We went from almost 60 degrees and rain to 19 degrees and 6 inches of snow since noon yesterday. Been out and shoveled the sidewalk and spread salt. Shoveled a path to the bird feeders and filled them. As a finishing touch shoveled a path to the porch for the cats I feed. And it isn't even daylight yet! Think I'll take the rest of the day off.

Similar weather here. 63 yesterday at 3 pm. At 4pm, 43 degrees. At 7 pm freezing rain. Now it's 10 and a foot of snow on the ground. Coffee in the Syracuse China cup and saucer and then snow blowing.
Enjoy your day.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
60s yesterday. 30s this morning. Staying cold the rest of the week, and calling for seven to ten inches of snow on Wednesday. Back out in the shop for more work on the cane. Maybe start a box or two as well.

I'm just south of daytime dave and I have 10 deg. and only about 6" of snow. I drink my coffee from special cups with my grandchildren's pictures on them.
