Slight overcast and in the mid 60's today. Perfect weather for hiking. I'll be hiking with the North Shore YMCA to Annette Lake. I've only hiked with them once before. Tomorrow I'll be hiking with the Bellevue YMCA. This is the forth year of hiking with them.

It's in the low 60's here, and overcast with the prospect of rain later. At least it's not snowing. ;)

Calgary Stampede starts on Friday and runs 10 days. On Wed night this week we go to a preview night for the art auction. My wife has a painting in again this year. The auction is the following week.

It's a beautiful Independence Day morning here in Wisconsin. We are officially beginning our long two-week summer up here. I'm celebrating with a nice freshly brewed cup of coffee.

Hey Catherine, how close are you to yesterday's earthquake? It was a 5+. We didn't notice it here but it was felt in Lethbridge Alberta. Temps in the 90's next few days.

Summer is finally here. Lows in the mid 50's at night and highs in the mid 80's. Doesn't get any better than this.

I know the sun is out there somewhere, but it keeps hiding behind a wall of cloud. It's nice and warm, though, with nothing much in the way of rain forecast, so happiness is! :D

It's warm, humid and overcast here. If anybody knows where the sun is, can you send me the directions, please? :? ;)

It's been in the 90's the last few days. Cooled down last night with much needed rain. Most of central BC is on fire. We were tinder dry too but wet now. Horses like it cooler and slept in this morning.
Ps. Drove home from Calgary last evening and there was snow on the foothills and in the hwy ditches. From 90 to 40 in 24 hrs. Welcome to the Rockies.

It's been a great day here. Around 73° and sunny, so I managed to get the grass cut at two clubs and my own place.

Mad dogs and Englishmen, eh!

Another hot day. In Calgary for the art auction tonight.
Waiting on wife to get her hair done so went and bought some ammo. Trying out some Black Hills 250 gr LFN. Have not seen it before here. Cheaper than Remington or Winchester. Guess I'll have to go to the range soon again. :)
