33 again this morning with 46 forecast to be the high. Crazy but we’ll take it. Rain overnight with more expected this afternoon. Then nice on and off with temps staying plesant for at least the next week.

Fingers crossed for you in the southeast and other places north of there for the upcoming snow storm.

Wow  another overnight above freezing at 37 this morning. Thankfully most of the hard pack ice/snow has melted from my back yard. Went out with the dogs this morning in just a sweatshirt. Crazy. We will pay the price this summer with a low water supply. Not good for wildfires.

Not much going on today other than heading over to a guys house nearby that has a scope for sale that my son wants to put on his AR. It’s a Vortex Viper 1-4x at a great price. Why am I picking it up????? Because said son is down in San Diego and was sitting on the beach at last report. Kids!

It’s a mild 12F outside heading to the mid 20’s. It sure feels warm compared to what we had. I can actually walk around outside not all bundled up and not freeze.

32 with a light frost this morning and heading to 44 later. Maybe some rain this afternoon but right now it is looking like the sun wants to burn thru the light fog we have. Mid week there is a suggestion of 50 :o  . My oh my.

Today not much on tap other than changing out the legs on our adjustable bases for the bed. We have a new bedroom set coming Tuesday and the existing legs will be too tall. Lowering it 3” which will help my 5’ wife get in and out easier. We’ve been living with temporary night stands and dresser for three months and I am looking to getting our stuff organized again.

One month already gone this year. 16 degrees earlier this morning headed to around 40. Gusting N wind again today. For this part of the country, I'll take the winter over summer anytime. But I can do without the gusting N wind.

I like the four distinct seasons although the muddy spring is my least favorite. Fortunately it’s a very short season.
