What kind of a greenhouse are you ordering? We got a kit from Harbor Fright, woke up the morning we had our record 24" snowfall and it had collapsed. Should have braced up the roof but that much snow in one night was kind of unexpected.
We lost our bowling alley that year, one of the main ceiling beams had cracked from the weight of the snow and they closed down for safety reasons. Before they repaired it, it burnt down. They never replaced it so we are still running double shifts at our other smaller bowling alley.
It will be a prefab wood frame building that is delivered on a flatbed. It’s not very big at 12’ x 20’ but does have a 6’ x 20’ porch making it 18’ x 20’. It’s made right here in Wisconsin for Wisconsin weather. It has the snow and wind loads needed. It is quite decorative and some people use them as a winter sun room.
Here is a picture of a smaller one with the deck on the end. Mine will be on the side. You can’t see it but the roof is all glass.

They make then in different sizes and I’m getting the biggest. They come in different colors and I will be getting white like in the picture.

Yes. Or at least the wood in contact with the soil.

The garage has turned into a recreation room with only enough room left over for the lawn mower. We play a lot of cards at this table and eat a lot of meals.

It has a fully functional kitchen.

People shopped at junk stores and brought their own recliners.

We use the sink in the teardrop to wash hands. I bus the dirty dishes to the house for washing.

That's got to be the best recreation room/garage in Wisconsin! I love the contributed collection of recliners, especially the one with the embroidered pillow. "Grandmas are Antique Girls". I think of older women as radiant, glowing, beautiful sunsets. What the long day has revealed!
Sadly, I have to tell you that your new girlfriend is a fake. Her dark eyebrows suggest that the carpet doesn't match the drapes. Always disappointing. But, I love her shirt; I have one just like it.
