If I had to be in a life or death use of force situation, and I only had one of my EDC handguns, I'd want the Sig. Unfortunately, with temps in the summer over 100 here, I'm often carrying the Smith 340. A good gun, but I don't shoot it as accurately. With the arthritis in my, the reloads on both guns have slowed considerably. Getting old sucks.fortyshooter wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 8:50 amLooks like you could still take care of business with that one! Great shooting!
Spring has sprung. Get out and shoot your Henry

You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

Re: Daily Carry Test
One of my retired LE friends, in the same boat, removed the offside mag pouch on his miami classic and replaced it with a second holster. I don't remember who said it first, but he took it to heart. "The fastest reload is a second gun." Two lightweight commanders, and he shot both right handed, the gun was his reload. He laughed when I asked if he drew them both at once. " I'm not in the movies. "
He never had to put it into practice.
