6F heading for zero going into the day. Usually it warms up. Winds have been steady at 10 mph with a few higher gusts.

My Covid19 test came back negative.

The dogs got me up an hour early today. It's in the low 70's this morning. I've got coffee made and will get breakfast after a shower.

Good news Gene. I'm feeling pretty good now so I think I'm over it. Only took 10 days or so.

Fair 1°F
Sunny, with a high near 15. Wind chill values as low as -12. West wind 5 to 10 mph
becoming south southwest in the afternoon.
Humidity 71%
Wind Speed W 9 mph
Barometer 30.40 in
Coffee and cookies.
I tried to plow snow yesterday but the plow battery is shorting out. I guess I'll go to town today
and purchase a new one. My friend plowed us out when we got the snow, but I have large turn
around areas that I keep plowed for the motor home that I still need to clean up.

Thanks. My blower doesn’t use a battery. Instead I plug it in or yank start it. It’s an easy start even in cold weather.

Yeah, my blower is the same, but in this case I'm talking about a battery for my 1983 Ford Bronco with a 351 Clevland
engine that I purchased new and still have. It's a rusty trusty but still snorts and plows snow with the best of them.
Years ago I tried to trade it in on a new one and they offered me zilch for it, so I put a plow on it. It's almost thirty
years later and still going strong.

13 degrees out there or as you Minnesota and Wisconsin guys say, “a nice spring day”. The sun is creeping up as I type this and the snow laden trees against the bright blue sky is pleasing to the eye. With the sunshine we will probably see 20 or so later. This cold is forecast to stick around all week.

I told my wife I would put the little bit of outdoor decorations we have up today, what was I thinking? Oh well, the firewood rack on the patio needs filling and I have a little bit of snow clean up still to do so I guess I’ll put the insulated bibs on and get it done.

A coldish (to me at least, day here... or do its forcast... but a littke warmer next week... lots of rain they say... but im for that over snow or ice, so no grunts from me. My daughter and her family are going to make it down christmas eve. Have seen them since the pandemic so im excited! Hopefully a good holiday season for all. Coffee up!

Well, Carol is off to church without me. Still testing positive for Covid although I feel fine.
Once a year I take the time to clean all my firearms, especially the ones I haven't shot, just to keep

39 on its way to 54 with no rain, temp to drop to 31 tonight .... one of our sons and his family coming over to eat tonight so some Christmas decorating is inevitable .... the aroma of beef stew slow cooking in a crock-pot is already making me hungry

Couldn’t agree more JEBar, nothing better than an all day cook meal making the aroma wonderful.

17 here today with sunny skies and a high in the low to mid 20’s possible. I have a few outdoor chores to complete today and then watch the Seahawks at 1:00 PM. Right now I’m just keeping the wood stove burning brightly.
