Good morning everybody!
I've managed to get my timing right today - I was late on parade yesterday. We have a dull, overcast start to the day here, but it's not cold at 46 degrees. Enjoy your coffee!

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
39* this morning. Having my morning wake up coffee and deciding whether to go shoot or make my self cut some wood to fit the coal/wood burner so I have some ready when needed. Looks like high 70's or even higher next week so it may be to hot to hunt squirrels. Going to make a quick trip to LGS for some large rifle primers and do my best to not let my eyes look any where near the used gun rack.

Good morning all from Jonesboro, GA. 60 degree this morning, bright and clear skies, little to no chance of rain. The lack of rain is beginning to become a real issue around here. Love the cooler temps, but it means another summer has passed. I have seen quite a few summers. Take care and be safe.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Warmer temps but heavy rain and high winds. My power went out during the night and didn't come back on till this morning. I empty my rain gauge on the first of every month and it only shows five inches and it is almost near the top. I would go out and dump it but don't want to get wet plus it is still a quarter inch short of the five mark.

I just dodged a CAT 4, 30 miles from the eyewall. Fortunately, like Andrew, the winds decreased rapidly with distance from the eye and I received next to no damage
Good luck with those winds, Sir H..............

Good morning everybody!
It's still dark outside, so the weather hasn't woken up yet, but it's 45 degrees and it's definitely not raining. End of weather report.
Have a great weekend, and enjoy your coffee.

I wish to this day I had taken pictures, but to be honest, Sir H, it was too depressing at the time.
Just now, 10 years later, my property seems recovered.
Good luck Sir H

It's easy to see how those old sailing ships foundered during storms if they were like that................

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
We had winds of 70-80 mph last night. No leaves left to rake now, they are all in eastern Canada. Sunny here and about 45F. Went to the range today for a couple of hours.

Good morning everybody!
We have a wet start to the day here, but it's still very mild at 47 degrees. I had a nice view of a sunrise earlier, but by the time I found my phone/camera, it had faded a bit.
