we were awakened an hour of so ago this morning by a call .... call that time of day almost never brings good news and this one was no exception .... our youngest son is in the hospital with a kidney stone .... this is his second one, the first was something over 20 years ago .... only appointment on the calendar today is taking our Camaro to a body shop for an estimate .... much of the morning news the morning centers on a Tornado that touched down near Raleigh Durham Airport over in the Research Triangle ..... among others a Pfizer facility was hit ..... yesterday's rain helped reduce the pollen in the air but that won't last long .... looks like breakfast will be early this morning, Folger's already on duty

53° this morning on the dog walk. I didn't take a jacket with me because I hadn't looked at the temperature. It's been in the 60's. I got a bit chilled but not too bad. Just had hot cereal, toast and coffee for breakfast. The wife's car had the catalytic converter stolen in the middle of the night. She had parked on the street where we don't have a security camera pointed that direction. Got one coming in today to fix that bit of a problem. Busy day ahead.

Why would anyone want to steal one of those Jake. That doesnt make any sense to me

43° and sunny, going to freeze overnight. We're ready for this weather to end. Been wanting to go shooting, but 40 mph doesn't work for me. I'm still troubleshooting one of my antenna systems. It's driving me crazy. Cheers!

Fair 27°F -3°C
Humidity 100%
Wind Speed Calm
Folgers and cookies.
Going for a high today near 50. The next week looks pretty good as well.
Not much going on but maybe I'll start cutting up some of the trees that went down last Winter.

 What a great line.

29 heading to 52 today with clear skies. Looks to be a nice day and it’s nice to see March in the rear view mirror and May on the horizon. Two best months around here are May and September.

Doc appointments for my wife and I this morning and then home to get out and enjoy the weather. (This “enjoyment” may include a rake  )

Naw, you'll find Spring and Fall are fantastic and the Summer isn't too bad except for the Mosquitoes.
Some of them are pretty big, and really the only bad time in Winter is usually January and February.
Hang in there, in a couple of weeks the flowers will be sprouting out of the ground. :D

I’ve heard the mosquito is the state bird and there is only two seasons -winter and road construction.

30º and cloudy. Rain again this afternoon. Toast and coffee this morning. Have my weekly phone call with my old friend from Florida this morning in which we discuss our projects and offer (helpful?) advise and a few barbs before I get back to my bench. Had a couple good ideas yesterday and cut some more steel for the improvements to be welded up this morning. Everyone have an enjoyable day.

Morning, it's 45 and a little cloudy here with a possible rain shower around mid day.
Then it shows sunny and a high of 64 later.
Enjoy your Sat., whatever you choose to do.
