It was 65° this morning and not it's 59° with a fairly strong north wind at 24mph. Went to the range this morning with the HR .22 Plainsman and shot steel targets at the prairie dog village. The temps started falling as the wind picked up so the last hour or so wasn't too enjoyable. I was doing pretty good on the long shots hitting out to about 175 yards but had to fall back on closer targets with the wind gusting. Cooked eggs, bacon, toast and coffee for breakfast.

Wow!! Went to my favorite gun store to take the concealed carry class and they had a lot of ammo for a change and the prices were not bad.
I scored .22s, 200 rds for $20.00, 9 mms 100 rds, $40.00.
I stocked up. No limits on purchases.😊

32° light snow. Less than an inch on the ground. Just finished a large mug of go juice. Flap Jack's and sausage for breakfast. Dogs fed, and I'm still above ground taking nourishment lol, so I reckon it'll be a good day. Going to size and de-prime some brass (100 rds). Hope yall have a fine Sunday

15 heading to 43 with the sun creeping up. Looks to be a very nice day here in the inland Pacific Northwest. I’m with Ozark, lets get this winter stuff behind us. Going next door to watch the game and I believe I’ll be tipping a few. Usually not much of a tipper but there are times that it’s just the right thing to do.

Well, we're above zero anyway.
Folgers and cookies. I have a busy day ahead. Retirees breakfast, then lunch with Carol,
after which a doctors appointment and then a trip to the county seat to turn in my documents
for my carry permit. Then start getting ready to leave on Wednesday. We are kind of flexible
and may not get out of here till Thursday. We'll see. We have a lot to do yet.

Had a low of 28 overnight and it’s currently 38 with a light rain. Did some running around this morning including a visit to the Doc for our annual physicals. Stopped into a local variety store with a sporting goods department and picked up two 100 packs of CCI mini-mags for $9.97 ea. Two box limit but that price was nice. Planning on hitting the recliner for the rest of the afternoon, had a few adult beverages yesterday and I’m feeling it a little bit. I’m way out of practice with the adults pops and it shows.

A beautiful day in February today. In the 60s and sunny. Thats a gift in my book. I'm doing stuff outside and wh we n caught up I'm setting on the porch outside and putting the first coat of tru-oil on a stock I'm refinishing. Thats the plan... simple things for simple minds.... that works for me...👍
