Stormed overnight so I need to check the driveway for downed trees.
I am scheduled to take the RV to the shop this morning to get an electrical problem fixed.
Carol is sleeping in. I imagine she is relieved that her tests were OK yesterday. I know I am.

Coop, so happy for Carol and you too! Sleeping in is well deserved.

43 right now with a cool day forecast with a high of 64. We have several days ahead in the low 60 with some much needed rain. The weatherman on the TV this morning had a great line. “It’s going to warm up for the first day of fall”.

Today I start (okay continue) making my winter preps. First thing is I have to make a list as I’m getting older every year. Go figure

I have yet to watch a football game this year and with Saturday and Sunday’s rain forecast that’s the plan for the weekend.

Wish I had some pecan pie for breakfast. Goodluck with the RV repair. I have mini cinnamon rolls for breakfast and some sausage and eggs. Cool here 47 and headed to 72. Going after the RV here in a bit. Time to load up and head for Creede on Sunday. Be there a week. I will try to get some good pictures loaded up.

Great news Markiver54! It's no longer morning but I did make eggs, bacon, toast and coffee. It was about 73° this morning and currently 86°. We've go the 90's to look forward to again next week according the the weather forecast.

Nothing wrong with cinnamon rolls my friend.
Turned out the RV had a shorted battery. It was only a month old and the retailer exchanged it cost free.
Also found a blown fuse on the back up camera.
It 's home, all fixed.

I like bacon..I like sausage, and eggs and some biscuits and gravy.... but today I expect to eat oatmeal and toast... maybe some bacon on the side.....no worries,... I can have a big breakfast another day.... a safe quiet day is a good thing .... i hope the rest of you have the type of day you want to have as well.

It’s a balmy 51 out there with a high in the 60’s on tap. Had a nice rain overnight but the bulk of the storm is still on the way. So thankful for some rain.

I’m planning on watching some football today and sometime this weekend I’m meeting a guy who has some Hornady 41 cal XTP’s. I’m swapping him some primers and powder for two boxes. He lives over a hundred miles from me and it’s been interesting trying to meet. He will be in Spokane today for other matters so we will get together.

we are camped this weekend in rural, make that very rural eastern NC .... almost no phone service .... Verizon MIFI internet signal as weak or even weaker than the phone service .... great breakfast of eggs, hash browns, lots of bacon, biscuits fruit and Folgers

sadly no .... our current belief is a failure in the positive and negative wiring that was installed 10 or more years ago when a tire hand grenaded .... the bad area is most probably in a place that takes care of flexing when the slide moves in and out

51 balmy degrees this morning heading to somewhere in the 60’s with more rain coming. We had a nice rain yesterday, thanks ma nature.

Today I’m going to put up a temporary fence in my backyard for our pup. We tried creating a potty area in the treed area next to our home but we’re finding there are just too many distractions and good things to eat. Like wood chips, sticks, bark, turkey poop and the like. I didn’t want him spotting up my lawn but that’s a better option than him getting sick or worse eating stuff he shouldn’t. Next year we will put a regular fence in but for now I’ll drive some T posts and string some snow fence on them. After my last place which I fenced for both horses and dogs I swore I would not put any fencing in this place. Whoops!

with the treatment for recent medical issues going well, it was sure nice to get back to a regular breakfast of eggs, bacon and Folgers .... with a beautiful day on tap, time will be spent taking care of a number of outside items that have been building up
