Very sunny today: Right now it’s 77; a high of 100 is expected. Think I’ll stay in the AC today, shuttling grandkids back and forth between activities takes up much of the day. Everybody have a great day!
75 on its way to 95 just east of you .... wind out of the south seems to be clearing the smoke from the west .... still no rain in sight .... local farmers are running their irrigation systems about as hard as they can go .... several other irrigation wells are being drilled .... breakfast over, not much in store until late today

82° and sunny. Only a 50% chance of rain today BUT the next few days are deemed to be free of rain as stated by the weather gal this morning. I hope she's right. Only coffee and cereal this morning. I have some light work to do but I won't take it seriously.

A nice day... the plan is to FINALLY finish my spot spraying in the pastures today. If the weather cooperates and something doesn't break, bend, bust,or stop... I will do just that.. ( thats my theory as I set supping my coffee).
That would be grand... hot weather is here, i want to take it easier, and the skinner sights I bought is winging its way in my direction... so other projects besides work are loudly calling this old man's name....
Have a good day doing your projects...

for me, going to be early results in being awake and up early the following morning .... today is no exception .... for the last few days where we are camped in eastern South Dakota, our wind has been coming out of the south so we've been spared much of the pollution from the fires out west .... colors at sunset have been spectacular .... our forecast for the next 8 days shows an steady string of 9+ degree temps with a 103 next Tuesday and 102 the following day thrown into the mix .... IF the long range forecast pans out, reasonable highs in the 80's won't return until the last day of this month

70, sunny, south winds. Supposed to get really hot this afternoon. Upper 90s with humidy.
Coffee and cookies. (Famous Amos). Pretty darn good.
Got to get the mowing done early this morning before it gets too hot, then my cousin and I will
travel to Savage to pick up a leveling jack for my motor home that has been rebuilt.
This afternoon we will smoke a large brisket we have and then apply our rub and wrap it
with foil and refrigerate overnight. Then tomorrow it will go into the oven for 5 hours at low heat.
Big crowd coming tomorrow. The weather is supposed to be hot but very dry.
The pool is open. :D

Reporting in from up here in the Kettle Falls WA campground. Woke up to a nice 52 with a high of 90 forecast. Very smoky when we went to bed last night but a little bit clearer this morning. Still heavy smoke down the lake in the direction of the closest fire.

Enjoyed a nice cruise yesterday and plan to do the same today.

Note the smoke in the distance.

That water does look inviting. Sunny today: wind out of the east and currently 90; expected high is 95. My jobs started early, spent all morning on phone with trying to get all my wife's medicare and supplements enrolled. started at 8 and just got it ended at 11:05 :x. Joe Namath & JJ Walker need to shut up. Oh well that"s life, everybody have a great day!

74 going to the upper 80s. Got the mowing finished and will have to start again with all the rain we have been getting. Have to trim the bushes and cut out the vines growing through them so I can see out the windows. Everything growing like crazy this year. Have a great day.

“card carrying laggard..“

57 up here at the Upper Columbia and very smoky. Looks like the wind has shifted and it is coming from the north today probably bring smoke from the fires in British Columbia. I’ll be able to determine the level of smoke once the sun gets over the trees but it looks like this will be the worst day for smoke so far.

Not very impressed with the campground we’re in as it’s very close to a Boise Cascade lumber mill. For instance right now I’m hearing a back up alarm from some equipment there, not very loud but it’s there. We (me  ) selected this place due to it’s great boat launch with lots of parking. Yesterday we cruised past another campground that looks promising. Today my son and his wife and in-laws are coming up for a cruise so we plan to boat up there and check it out.

Got pretty hot yesterday and it’s supposed to be hotter today at 95. Then next week it’s going to warm up and we may see more triple digit temps. STOP IT!

Currently 84 and sunny. Actually had a FULL DAY without rain yesterday! Can't remember that happening in quite a while. Got some Saharan dust in the air so the air quality is not too good today. Coffee, cereal, and strawberries for breakfast. Already got my workbench cleared and waiting for a client.

77 this morning and high humidity. Supposed to get in the 90s but the humidity should drop dramatically.
Coffee and cookies.
Got all the mowing done yesterday, got my hydraulic jack, ready to go. Family reunion tomorrow.
Brisket was smoked last night, then a rub and wrapped in foil, now it's in the oven low and slow.
Carol got us up at 6 AM. Now it's after nine and nothing to do till noon.

75 right now moving towards 93. It’s a clear and sunny morning. Think I might take some hand guns out to range and take Ranch Hand also, maybe I can get to where I hit something with it. Everybody have a great day!

Today: Sunny today. Currently it’s 63; a warm 97 for a high. Coffee is on, sitting on patio watching sunrise, Skype visit with grandkids, travel a couple of hours to pick up a set of grandkids. Plan on taking all the grandkids camping this week. Will take older ones to range and have fun. Everybody have a great day!
