Just Got a Henry X .45-70

Post by HC.Shen » Tue Jun 08, 2021 10:33 am

Hello everybody. Thank for having me. I've been wanting a lever action for years. Window shopped and searched online just to admire them. Finally took the plunge and got myself a Henry X .45-70. Can't wait to take it out to sight it in and add some personalization to it. :D

Good morning, Hello and Welcome aboard.
Congrats on the first levergun, nice that you chose a Henry.
Lot of 45-70 owners in here, not myself, but there are quite a few.

I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Welcome from Iowa. The Henry H010 in 45-70 was my first lever gun too. I've had a lot of fun with mine; part of the fun has been hanging around here.
