Hatsan Bullboss .25 regulated to 820 fps, 40 ft lbs. 40 foot indoor range, soft pellet stop made from 5 gal bucket, duct seal and rubber chips (playground mulch). Pill bottles suspended by heavy thread. This is so much more satisfying than punching holes in paper.......Though it makes a much bigger mess on the floor.

I wish I had a longer outdoor range to try this, it is not really hard from a rest indoors at this short distance. The vertical supports are temporary using rebar and green portable range fittings, I plan to redo this with less hazardous material (wood dowels and clamps into the lower plywood guard. The OH HECK backstop is a piece of .063" Aluminum 6061 T6 plate angled down at 45 degrees. I have not needed it yet.
The bench is home made from a Black and Decker Workmate, not great but it is stable and it collapses for storage.

Nice targets! I love the fact they are still moving when you fire the next shot. I’ve done something similar but yours has more action.

Very cool. Great homemade backstop, there, too.

Because they are close to the pellet trap, maybe six inches, they can’t just wind themselves around the support bar like a yoyo. I like how they spin and then their threads twist around each other, stop and slowly unwind, then the bottles spring sideways. It is loads of fun. I had to spend ten minutes with the shop vac to get up all the white plastic detritus.
