Finally back on the home front in Arizona, its been a long three months on the road,
Sat at the bench, pulled all of my leather gunbelts, holsters and mag pouches and started conditioning them with Neatsfoot oil (I use Bickmore).
Went to the PO Box and Low and behold, I HAD BULLETTS ! ! ! Over the last two weeks Missouri Bullets delivered:
1,000 rounds #1 Buffalo Hi-Tek .458 450 grain
1,000 rounds .357 Hi-Tek Pug Nose .358 180 grain
1,000 rounds small ball grooveless Hi-Tek .356 125 grain (9mm)
It looks like they may be closing the gap on shipping, either way, I am set for at least a week ! ! ! !

I got plenty of bullets and powder. Now to be a real bandit and just hijack a truck load of primers!!! Going to load a few 9mm rounds for the General this afternoon, though not many. I've got 130 small pistol primers left and I'm going to save the 100 for my future use. Then I'm going to load a few .44 special.runnin n gunnin wrote: ↑Mon Apr 26, 2021 9:26 pmFinally back on the home front in Arizona, its been a long three months on the road,

Well earlier I sized, primed, and then expanded 117 45 colt cases.
Then I loaded 60 with 8.5 grs. of Unique under a 200 gr rn Oddball Missouri bullet.
Then the other 57 with 8.1 grs. of Unique under a 250 gr rfn Cowboy #1 MB.
Should make for some nice backyard plinkers.

Looking good Vaquero, I just received delivery on those MB Cowboy #1, looking forward to playing with them. Are those .257 red 180 grain MB Strikers I see in the background?

Rainy day today. Put together 40 hunting rounds of 308 Win. for my son. Then ran 300 rounds off of 357 Mag. for my BBS and Rossi R92. Maybe a range trip later in the week.

Loaded 20 . 308 rounds and used Sellier and Bellot brass which appeared tough to resize. Appears to be much less malleable brass. Almost out of 748 powder. This powder scenario is frustrating.
