Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Very interesting. Thanks. :) I do wonder who will take over when Anthony retires, and if his philosophy & business model will survive with his successor. Often times when the founder of a business leaves it does not.

Thanks for posting. Henry is a great company making a superior product in America that they stand behind 100%. A class company can only come from class leadership and Anthony Imperato exemplifies that.

When I bought my first Henry years ago, a .22, I was thrilled. Fast, smooth action. Beautiful finish... But, the dang thing shot low. About eight inches low. I was reading everything on the site on a Sunday, planning to make some calls on Monday when I saw Mr. Imperato's promise. Contact him direct if you weren't happy.

What the heck, I sat down that Sunday, typed out a nice long email. I introduced myself. Provided my bonafides. I knew how to shoot, the rifle would shoot. But, it was shooting low. I loved the rifle, in fact I was planning on a big boy real soon.

Imagine my surprise when my phone rang late Sunday afternoon, and Anthony asked if it was a good time to chat. He had checked into his hotel that afternoon, had meetings the next day... And had decided to check his email. Mine caught his eye. I bet we talked for an hour. At the end, he said he would send instructions and one of his people would call me the next morning. The problem was fixed quickly. I bought the big boy a month later. A .357 Carbine.

Hopefully, sitting somewhere in Anthony's office is the nice box I sent him for candy for his grandkids when they visit. 😊

You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

Sadly most of the time companies are taken over by some Harvard MBA who's priorities are:

1 Profit
2 Profit
3 Profit
4 Profit
5 Profit
