I actually won't drink any beer that comes in a green bottle.
I have NEVER tried/tasted one that didn't have the worst bitter after taste.
To me they taste like what, Piss smells like. No Thanks.

Great...we are in agreement. Will continue to be on the lookout for B&T.
Just do not understand then, why all the IPA's out there? Our little town here is quickly becoming known as beer city. There are Micro/craft Brewerys popping up like crazy. Most seem to focus on the pukey IPA's.

Yuengling, Black & Tan, been drinking them for a coupe years now.
Regular Yuengling, nope. Got a couple friends that drink 'em.

I have not tried the Black & Tan yet. I have tried the Golden. So far, I like the Traditional. It seems to have a bold yet not bitter taste. I don't mind trying new things. I may give Black & Tan a try. I have stayed away from dark beers. Most have had too much of a malty type taste for me. I like more of a crisp, clean taste yet not bitter.

My wife did not want to round crowds. So, she decided to cook a Valentine dinner. But, she wanted some wine also. While at the store, I picked up a 6-pack of Black & Tan. Traditional still seems to be the one for me. I was not crazy about the caramel or bitten taste. For comparison, my wife tried it also, she typically likes to finish off my beers. This one, she gave back and told me that I can have it. So, I finished it off. One down, five to go.

Its good now just poured a 46 saluting all the brothers out there in the frozen North. Just came in from cooking burgers on the smoker grill. Its cold here but its never to cold to grill burgers. 36 here and the wind is howling away

Im in Gulf Waters RV park Port Aransas. Never been to this park before but really like it. Been to Port A before and always liked the area. We have reservations for Dec and January of 2021 and 2022. Then we will move to Brownsville for about 6 weeks

We have been at Port Aransas a few years back and liked it, but that was before the hurricane.
I'll bet it looks different now.

We were at the Ransom Road RV Park in Aransas Pass. It was nice but looks like you're right near the beach.
I have an old friend who has a boat down there and we used to camp together, but his wife and I cannot get
along. Same friend as in the Lake of the Woods Campground.
Sad, I do miss him.

Beach is just a few hundred yards from the door over the boardwalk. This park is the nicest one in the area. Talked to a local the other night and he works construction here. He has many years of building houses as this area has become the gold coast. These houses here selling for 750K to 1 mil. Cinnamon Shores owns ground on each side of the park. Its all open now but all that open area will soon be houses. The little town of Port A will go away soon. To bad its nice now.

Till another Cat 5 comes along anyway. That's the problem with real estate in that area.
Even Dickenson was under water just a few years ago.
You find something good and then everyone else does too.
Where we live there are very strict zoning regulations against too many homes, but I've seen
that go away in the past as well. Right now to build out here you must have forty acres, or have
forty acres dedicated to your building rights. In other words a farmer with 160 acres can sell four lots
of five acres or more. That's it. Supposed to keep the riff raff out. But I'm here.

Yesterday, while in the grocery, I noticed they DID have B&T. Looked for an individual bottle and could not find one amongst the many brands.
Just don't want to commit to a 12 pack and find I don't care for it.
They only had 12 packs. I would commit if I could find a six.
