Might just do a little coastal fishing. Been out 37 miles in the gulf before that was a neat experience

Dodge the COVID and ANTIFA down there and enjoy. Post up some pictures if you go fishing in the gulf.

Well I loaded 50 rds. of 45 colt to help replenish part of what I shot off the deck the other afternoon.
250 gr RNFP MB Cowboy #1's, and Unique.
Taking a short break then I have 65 more to size and prime.

Re: What did you do at your reloading bench today?
Well today I upped the value of 165 44 mag cases.....
Yeah.
I sized them and then primed 'em.
With the price of primers as they are, I'd say they almost doubled.
May try and load some tomorrow.

Re: What did you do at your reloading bench today?
got bored so I cleaned my dies, I was amazed how much gunk there was. Wax, lead, powder and an assortment of unrecognizable stuff. Now I'll have to reset then when I load something, oh well don't have much else to do.

Well I decided to load some of the 44's that I primed yesterday.
240 gr RNFP Smashers from MB over 9.0 grs. of Unique.
Gonna see if the Big Boy likes 'em or not.

I use that style bullet in my .45 Colt and just finished loading the .44 240 gr. SWC reloads with 9 gr. Unique. They shoot very well in my 44 Carbine.
Now to move on the the .357 180 Pugs to replace the ones I shot last week.

Re: What did you do at your reloading bench today?
Forty I have a 240 gr swc mold for the 44.
But I like the fn design much better, and think it would be better suited for hunting than the swc.
Even though some years ago I killed a nice doe with a swc in 41 mag. she fell right where she was.

Finally started back on the 9mm I had primed. Send 2020 off with a bang. Had these setting for a while, now that the weather has taken a nose dive, good time to do it.
I've got 150 pcs of 45/70 brass to load. 100 are new Starline, some may need trimming. It'll keep me busy & off the streets for a while,

Half way thru 100 rounds of .357/180's. Stocking stuffers for the wife. If she don't like 'em, I guess I'll have to shot 'em!

Re: What did you do at your reloading bench today?
Made up some loads for my new Henry Long Ranger. Hoping to find the sweet load for it.
Loaded several rounds of .243 Win. I'm using a Sierra 85 grain HPBT. Used RL15, IMR4064 and H4350. The RL15 and IMR4064 are preferred hunting loads listed in the Sierra manual for this bullet. the H4350 is from the Nosler manual.
So I'll work up to the finished loads and hope one will be very close to THE ONE!
Next week the weather is forecasted to get to mid to high 30's, so it'll be shooting time!

De-capped and polished 200 .357 cases today. Gotta get going on some accuracy testing for my Big Boy. Several sunny days ahead so good time to get to the range.
