Sunday morning and still here. Had left over corned beef and cabbage with boiled potatoes last night. Yum! This morning I have had my Oreo's and a bowl of strawberries. Trying to eat healthy.
The Wife just came down to my man cave and offered eggs, pancakes, and sausage in a bit. Sounds good to
me.
It rained all night and is still dark and gloomy. Well, I'll probably work in my shop for a while today. Anything to keep busy.
Got word today that my late cousin's Wife has the virus. She's a long time nurse and so is her daughter who is caring for her. Hope they'll be OK.

Folks, all we can do during this time is chill out, take precautions, and have faith. When this is over the world as we knew it will be changed forever. Many businesses will close for good and new ones will spring up in their place. Another thing is people will have a new appreciation for life and perhaps for their country's security. We'll see.

Anyway, hang in there Pards.

Mark, prayers sent for your Dad. Hope he pulls thru this mess.
Have a couple beers in me and not sure what we're doing for dinner. Maybe some shrimp scampi and pasta. Getting weird out there folks.

Thank you Tom, very much! Got a chance to talk to him earlier. Still sounds weak but he seems to be on the mend for now.
They still don't know yet if it was COVID or not, but hopefully will know soon.
Hope you are doing well!
Many thanks for the prayers!!!

Thanks Randy. I'm a bit less worried after talking to them today. He's not out of the woods yet, but I'm encouraged.
At least he's at home and sounding reasonably well.
Appreciate your prayers as well!!

Salute Randy...8 months today, smoke free! Plus a toast to my Dad who is back in the hospital. Positive COVID-19.
I talked to my best friend who lives in southern Maryland and I haven't seen in many years now. His Wife died a couple months ago of COPD, Emphysema, and associated problems. He's still smoking and coughing his head off. I truly love that guy and worry for him. He was my old hunting partner as well as what I considered family. Smoking is killing him. I know it's a bitch, but keep not smoking for your own good.

Prayers for your Father. My oldest daughter calls every few nights to see if I'm doing OK. Bless her, she is afraid the Covid will get me. She texted me last night in fact.

I know I will never go back to smoking. This latest unfortunate virus situation is re-enforcing that. Looks like my cessation, 8 months ago was meant to be.
Appreciate the prayers. May you and your loved ones stay healthy!!

Sitting in the recliner relaxing, had the 4 yr old GS this afternoon.
He wanted to go walking in the woods, so we spent nearly an hour out there according to grandma.
I did get a few 45 acp loaded while he was eating.
Sippin' on a cold B&T.

Mark, how's your Dad today?
