My .45 Colt plinking party mix!

A variety of bullets I had left to finish.... 260 gr. WFN 255 gr. MB Keith style and Xtreme 255 gr. conical plated all loaded over 8.6- 8.8 gr. Unique.
General purpose use .45 Colt loads.

Yes it might leave a mark! :lol: Cast Performance makes it and it is a gas check bullet for higher end Colt loads.
Had some left over from my Ruger loads.

Speed should be in the 900 FPS range in a 5.5 barrel revolver.

For you all that Re-load what are you getting the price down to on 45 LC out of curiosity?

In comparison, I got some American Eagle 225 Grain down to 74 Cents delivered and some HSM 200 Grain at 66 Cents delivered.

I know a Re-load will be a lot cheaper, but curious on how much of a difference.

These figures may vary depending on powder charge and bullet. But your looking at
.14 for a bullet
.03 for a primer
.03 on powder depending on powder used and charge weight. Again these figures are approx.

One big benefit is being able to load the .45 Colt to various levels of performance depending on you revolver or rifle and with a wide variety
of bullet types that your gun may like. Hard to find that off the shelf of your local gun shop.
