Loved the "muscle cars" of the day. I was always into pick-up trucks so I could get me, dirt bike and girlfriend out to the desert. Still have a p/u, 2008 Silverado, 1/2 ton. Buuut, my dad LOVED his hot rods! I remember his '53 Mercury, then a '60 Starliner[family car, I don't think he liked it much] then his kick-ass '72 Gran Torino with that 351 Cobra Jet[?] engine! Lordy, that thing was awesome! Then, he just sorta settled down. Much to Mom's happiness. Me, I've always been a truck guy. Oh, one last car; A mail carrier guy down the street from my parents place had a '63 Ford Galaxy with a 427 and three deuces. That thing was pretty nice! Ahh, the good old days and the cars.
Now that I think about it, I think the '63 Galaxy had a 406 or 407 in it. Al I know, it was bad a**!
