No but I should be. My Brother in law toured the Makers place and came away just head over heels for the Cask Strength. So I thought I would try a bottle. Its about double what 46 sells for here and its no doubt smooth as glass but I like 46 pretty well also.
I DO intend to try the 46 in the near future, however, don't want to fall in love with things I can't afford. Even the BT is pushing it a bit. Also want to try Eagle Rare.

Speakin' though, I found a flask that I haven't seen in quite a while.
Whatever is in it is pretty smooth, but I don't know how long it has been in there.

What’s the deal with the “46”? Is it 46%? My wife loves the Woodford. I’m an Irish drinker usually.

The "46" is explained on their website.

I like Irish too. One of my favorites is Tullamore DEW.

I’m cheap and easy. Bushmills is my favorite Irish, but I’ve tried lots of expensive ones too. I’ve been drinking Bushmills since I was a young lad. Liam Devlin once said “it’s like an angel crying on your tongue”, and I have to agree!

And yeah, the 46 story isn’t easy to rehash. I’ve come late to bourbon, and I’m sure you’ll all hate me for this, but I like it best in a whiskey sour. If I’m drinking whiskey neat, or on the rocks, it’s going to be Irish or scotch.

My brother owns a distillery. His gin and whiskey are AMAZING!

A guy I worked for, for many years.
He loved Crown royal, he would take a tall glass with ice,
fill it near the top and add what would probably add up to a couple shots of sprite.
To each his own.
