New VA Beach
1st post from Virginia Beach. My amazing wife gave me my first Henry for Christmas this year! Brass lever octagon .45-70. I've been wanting this rifle for years and I love it (almost as much as my wife)
Stumbled on this forum while looking up warranty info online as there was no card in the box. Looking forward to meeting you guys and hopefully learning more about these beloved shooting irons!

Welcome from Nebraska. I shoot the 357 steel carbine. Serious fun. I know your will enjoy that 45-70. Lot of fans here.

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

Re: New VA Beach
congratulations indeed and delighted to have you join our forum .... you will find your 45-70 to be one heck of a rifle .... ours has proven to be a well built, solid shooter .... I do recommend that you consider buying and firing some HSM Cowboy Action loads .... they are fun to fire .... dangerous game loads deliver a solid thump on both ends .... looking forward to following your range reports and use comments as you become more familiar with yours
Re: New VA Beach
Welcome from MS. You may have found out already, but Henry doesn't send out warranty cards or require you to register your gun. They are guaranteed forever regardless of whether you are the original owner or bought it second or 3rd hand or it was handed down by your great granddad. If you have a problem with it just contact them and they'll fix it or replace it.

Congrats on your first Henry and welcome from the TV, Oregon.
Warranty info is in the user manual. Even without that possession of a Henry is your warranty.

Welcome from Central Va. It's a family, jump in, tell us about yourself, let us know what your other hobbies are. Check out the rest of the site. Like family, we may tease, but it's all in good fun here. Family. Pics, we like pics.
