Thanks. Taking an alternate back road route home. Never went this way before. Went through Prairie City and John Day. Awesome scenery and spectacular sunset (more on that later). Reconnected with I84 near The Dalles where we are spending the night.

Was chilly and misty damp with thick ground fog this morning. We could see this yesterday as we were nearing Portland from within the Colombia River Gorge. Nice and sunny in the gorge then that layer of high fog beginning at the mouth. Later today the fog lifted a bit off the ground, but it was still very thick overhead making for a very dark day.

Perfect shooting weather right RR. I took friday off supposed to be in the 60's here. Today in the 50's. Im going shooting Friday at the Black Powder club. Should be a good time. I will try to get some pic. I know Im going to make some smoke.
