Good morning, hope this finds you with clearer vision this AM, Gene.
It's 19° out and I did ease out there and slung 10 Fed. AutoMatch 40gr at the flipper target.
Today's choice was a m 60, hit 7 out of 10. Shot over it the first 3 times, as the scope is sighted at 50.

Great picture Randy. Don’t you love plinking like that!

I was dropping anti-inflammatory meds in my eye every hour yesterday and by the time I fell asleep I had 90% vision back. Then after sleeping for 10 hours and no drops I’m back down to 50%. I’m hoping to get back to 90% for the Packer/Cowboys game.

Thanks, and yes it is, and I have something a little different for tomorrow morning's outing. 😉
Hope the vision improves soon enough to watch the game and continues to do so.

Good morning, hope you're seeing better this morning Gene.
Something a little different on the range this morning 😉 seems we have some type of white covering all over it, and more falling.
Today I pulled out Something a different also.
This is my Marlin 1892 in 32 colt, the rifle is from 1899 and is my oldest working firearm. I loaded a few rounds yesterday just fot the morning plinking session. Shot 5 rounds, 3 hits on the spinner and 2 on the silhouette.

The report on the big gong took a couple seconds to make the 50 yds and was a vry light ting.😉😅

Randy, are you sure you didn’t take a wrong turn and end up in Wisconsin?

That sure is a clean M/60 above. The Glenfield edition of it was my first firearm so I will always have a soft spot in my heart for one.

No wrong turn, but I do believe that ole Gene has left the fridge door open though.
Thanks for the kind words about the m60, it's an '09 production rifle and that may have been the finial year for those as I don't believe that Remington produced any after the buy out.

Nice looking rifle Randy and it’s certainly a lot older than anything I have. Keep plinking.

It’s getting better each day. It’s still not good enough for me to drive which is fine because there is two feet of snow in my driveway. I may jump on my tractor this afternoon to plow. I don’t mind being snowed in and have lots of propane and food. I suspect I can drive in one to three days.

Well, the wife slept in a little while this AM.
It's 8° with a good breeze. I ran two fulls mags through the 22/45, took a few rounds to get on target and it doesn't flip well in the snow.
Second mag. I got a few hits on the spinner at about 25 yds. Then finished up on the big silhouette. Think I'll have another cup of java and try the 25-20 for a few more rounds.
Gene, this is getting addictive. 🤣😉
How you seeing things this morn?
Think you'll try for that little road trip today?
