How old is my Henry?

I just purchased a Henry H001 rifle, S/N 316691H. Can anybody tell me when it was made?

A quick call in the morning to Henry CS ought to do it. Let us know how you make out.

I called Henry CS. They called back with my date of manufacture. Gun is in box, has never been fired, and was made 10/06/05.

I was interested to know how old mine is after seeing this thread, mine was purchased just over a week ago. manufactured 04/27/2015.

Quite the disparity in dates. Mine was purchased in Australia.

Sounds like Henrys don't stay on the shelf very long no matter where they sell them. Welcome to the forum.
