Oops I did it again

Post by brm4450 » Fri May 15, 2020 7:58 pm

;) So far on this forum I asked advice on selling my Uberti 1860 and getting a Henry 1860. Then I asked advice because my sons wanted me to get a tactical coyote rifle. And then on EDC 9mm instead of .45 acp. This forum is the BEST and the advice was great. So today while wife was plant shopping at a nursery I went to my LGS. And I took part of what I had saved and this is what happened:

H005mg for granddaughters
And this happened also:

H003T for GPa, I’ll figure out EDC later.

Good choices. I do like my pump and it is a nice shooter, little stiff to start but will loosen up with use. This forum is full of enablers.

My granddaughters already called me up and we made a date to go to the range Sunday. Would have been today but it’s raining here.

Those girls will have some great memories for sure. I have a pump and like it alot and it is very accurate. Its a different action and tight at first. Took about 500 rounds to get mine loose.

For years now I owned a Remington Fieldmaster 121, it was my dad’s and then his brothers and then my brothers and finally me and my boys. It is just plain worn out. It won’t cycle half the time, light strikes, and swear no riflings left. I really like the pump action and I hope this one is as tough as that old 121. I can’t imagine how many rounds have been through it. I am excited to get to the range.

Yeah, me too. I've got a Ruger single seven coming in sometime soon and placed a Marlin 1894CB 45LC on layaway @ Buds. I'm going to be through for a long time.
