BEST 22LR AMMO FOR HENRY LEVER 22?

Hi all,
I have shot a variety of the best priced AMMO I can find.
Amrscor high velocity, Winchester X, and Winchester X match.
What have you guys and gals found to be most accurate?

CCI standard velocity and CCI Mini-mags.

Ive never sat down and group tested any of the ammo I have but I know what ammo has been the best in the past and that is CCI mini mag without a doubt.

Hard to beat CCI standards for the price, though many including Sir H consider the norma more accurate.

Up to 50 meters the standard and higher velocity rounds are plenty accurate. It's out to 75 and 100 meters I found their accuracy really became inconsistent.
Norma Match even with it's more pronounced lob of a trajectory is more consistent for me out past 50 meters.

I use SK Standard Plus in all of my .22's with good results.

For the price the CCI standards are the best value. It is almost a waste of money to use the Norma because the Henry isn't all that accurate compared to a CZ or such.

CCI SV, Mini Mags and Aguila SV.

Another vote for CCI SV. I haven't tried them past 25 yds, but up to that distance the SV are noticeably more accurate than even the mini mags.

I shoot whatever I can find at gun stores, wallmart etc. My Henry H001L is not picky.

Nice thing about lever actions-they ain't picky. 'Bout anything will roll tin cans or split playing cards!

I don't shoot a lever gun past 50 yds. but round nose ammo seems best for me.
Hollowpoints seem to lack some consistency, experiment with as many brands
and types as you can find. Let the journey begin. Cheers.

So far have not been concerned much about pure accuracy - mostly fun but the CCI mini mags seem pretty accurate to me

So far every brand that I have fed through my H004S will hit the intended target. That includes; Federal, CCI, Winchester, and Remington. Now if I was shooting match, I would probably have some interest in experimenting to see which brand was the most consistent and accurate. As far as bullet type goes, round nose bullets work for plinking as well as hollow points. I don't really have a preference, I just buy and use the above mentioned brands, and so far they all work. Now I've only been shooting 22's since 1967, so this may not be enough data for some, but it has worked for me.
