Bought this morning from the local Air Force Exchange. Wasn't actually looking to get another gun, but made the mistake of dropping by the gun counter and couldn't resist. Got a good deal on it. :D

Friend of mine was in the local Army PX store where they have started selling firearms and he was telling me the prices of certain guns. They didn't seem to be any lower priced than our local gun shop or online. But you did save on paying no local sales tax.

Nice 22 Mag lever shooter you got Gene!

$549 out the door. Also no shipping $, no NICS fee, or waiting days or weeks. Not the lowest price I've seen on-line, but I'm comfortable with it.

I erred about the model. It's the H001TML. 20.5" octogon barrel.

Congrats on the new Henry Gene, it’s a beauty. I have had a little experience with the 22wmr and what it does to ground squirrels is impressive.

I used to have a Win 9422M. Bought in '72. Sold it a couple years ago for $1200 - long story. Wish I'd kept it.

Congratulations,
My wife hates it when I say I'm going to the LGS to just say Hi to the guy's. Knows it will cost money some how. :)
