I do not know of any kits for Henry rimfires. Doing trigger improvement work is straight forward though. How bad is your trigger? I was using my Frontier for Lever Silhouette, so I wanted about a 2lb trigger and it came with a fairly good 3.5lb trigger. All I did was polish the seer and the hammer notch with a fine stone. It was a while back when I worked on it but I do not think I changed the contact angles at all, just polished the surfaces. It ended up at 2.25lbs which was good enough for me.

Is there a video guide or a diagram on disassembling / reassembling the trigger group to polish up the hammer/sear?

Henry web site has excellent disassembly and reassembly videos.
