Henry Frontier 22 Mag

Post by TRock » Sat Apr 10, 2021 12:53 pm

I added a couple of Lever action 22's to my stable. The first one is a Henry H001TM Frontier with 20 inch barrel. This is my only rifle in a 22 magnum. Also picked up a Rossi Rio Bravo 22 LR at my local gun store . Don't know about the rest of you guys and gals, but I have pretty well gone to shooting my 22's with the shortage and prices of ammo. I will save the larger caliber shooting for hunting or special occasions. One special occasion is when my grandson comes to visit..lol.

Congratulations. I went to rimfire in 2008 because of an ammo shortage and stuck with it. The Frontier in winmag is a good choice.

Rimfires are a whole lotta fun. I have to have at least one or two big bore defensive weapons though. Plenty of Bears on the mountain at the cabin.

Also have a Remington semi auto, but enjoy the lever actions more. Must be my love of old westerns.
