Scope size

Our "lever" guns, these days, consist of our 1885 single shots. They're light as 1885s go, but still heavy enough so that a 3-9x40 or 4-12x don't overwhelm them.


We do have one 22 LR 1885, though, that is setup with a tang peep for days when I'm in a traditional mood and want to shot irons. This one can be scoped, but I'll never go that route with this one. That would be sacrilege.

Hey you old farts, I only have a 2-7x Nikon on 44 mag. Henry. Just kidding. Kind of hard seeing the bull even with that with this cataract that need removed. Good grief. I don't know what happened with tis picture. Lol, my Henry really ain't that short.

When you resize you need to check the "Proportional" box when you change the width or height. That will retain the original proportions of the pic.

Thanks. I did make an edit to my post of the picture of my Henry but I had to try a different picture that I did not downsize any. It is not of my Henry though but the picture came out like it should.
