Metal Barrel Band?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me where I can find a steel replacement for the plastic barrel band on my Henry 001?

I don’t see them for sale on Henry’s website, and I can’t seem to get a response from customer service, although I’ve emailed twice.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

The telephone is the best way to contact Customer Service. Call them and request it. They'll replace it for free.

Several years ago I wanted to change mine out.
I called asking about them, said I wanted to buy some.
The nice lady I spoke with said I'll get them right out to you.
And she wouldn't even take payment.

Henry's customer service has been backed up because of the china virus thing so phone calls are the best way.

Strange. I emailed them Friday after the close of business heard back Monday from Jeffery Post and got my part today.

I bought a H010BWL and the front swivel attachment wasn’t drilled through. They sent me a new band that has been drilled through. I am another Henry customer service fan.
