The Contest

Post by Sir Henry » Sun Mar 08, 2020 2:11 pm

The weather is going to be sunny tomorrow but still a bit chilly so I’m holding off on the CZs for a better day. In the meantime a range day is scheduled for tomorrow.

I have challenged Miss Evelyn to a shooting contest with these two Henrys. On the stand is a Varmint in 17 wearing a Pine River 17 6-18x24 and on the table is the Brooklyn Classis that I posted about recently.

I will be shooting the 17 at 100 yards and Evelyn will be shooting the 22 at 50 yards. Is this a fair contest? Who will you put the money on?

Well that is a even bet.
You should swap rifles mid match and see if it is the rifle or the shooter.

I might but I would need to switch stocks. The Classic has a youth stock on it.

You'd have similar handicaps.

I wouldn't want to share the Varminter either Sir.

Jasmine flowers tea. One of us will usually make a pot and bring it with us. I’m getting to be a tea snob.
