Whatever happened to buying a gun and shooting for a long time and never have to send it back to the factory. It is not just Henry (but they are on the top of my list these days) Uberti, Savage and remlin. Henry will try to fix it fast.

The way it's been lately, he may have to send it back more than once.
And to me that is unsatisfactory and irresponsible.
Good luck.

I'd sure like to see a follow-up on this.

Henry was quick to respond. I asked them if they could just send the part but they said send the entire rifle so they can make sure everything is functioning as it should. They received it on Monday and it has already been shipped back and I should have it this coming Monday.

It's always great to hear that Henry's CS is still doing a fantastic job.

NHiker

It looks like UPS has a gift for both of us today. Looking forward to a range report and what you think of the homesteader overall.

A little off topic. Another member is looking for what the internals of the Homesteader looked like. Perhaps a picture of the parts diagram in the Owner Manual.

Another fine example of Henry's engineering staff and their great Quality assurance department (if they have a quality department) :?

Quick turn around by Henry. Great customer service. Can't wait to get it to the range.
