Plastic bullets??
The bullet is a conventional jacketed lead design.
The only 'plastic' in it is the tip that effects the expansion when it hits.
Hornady FTX - I have seen them for sale.

Watch the very end where he tests a 36 gr. plastic WC type bullet!

I missed that part!
I remember reading about those at one time!
I occasionally mess with the Speer .357 plastic 'trainer' bullets but they are not quite up to that level of performance!
