Just placed an order of some ammo for 9mm. Been thinking about buying ammo for the EC9s that I am getting, for a few days now. Having been comparing shipping cost between a few online vendors. Today, Midway USA has free shipping. It was almost enough to cover a box of ammo. So, I got another box and snap caps, and hit submit. Many rounds to choose from. It also had my round of choice, which other sites did not.

Just been notified that my order has been shipped. Now, that is the fastest that I have had any order shipped!

They are not usually that quick. Congrats. If it is coming FedEx don't get too excited.

Shipped using UPS Ground. Yes, I noticed that some of the prices of ammo seem to be on the high end as well. But, 9mm did not seem to be too bad. Yet, I typically do not buy 9mm. And, the cost of 38 Special +P that I have been getting from my LGS is the same at Midway but without shipping cost. So, I bought few boxes of ammo. I agree; Midway can be high on things. Like anything, shop around and make the best choice. To me, it is always good to have more than one tool in the toolbox. I just thought that I would pass this on. However, it may not be for everyone.

I have ordered items from Midway before and the service is good. As far as 45 Colt ammo I haven't seen any around the LGS in a good while and didn't know where the prices were now. I do load my own though.

I’ve ordered from Midway several times and have had great service. Maybe not the cheapest but they have an incredible inventory.

Just in. Prices not too great. But, shipping and selection all right.

Just placed another order with free shipping today, $20 a box for 9mm. Not too bad, better than LGS at $29.99 for the same box of Winchester. I understand that LGS's have to make a profit. But, 30% for the same box seems high to me. Yet, I am planning to get a pistol from it. So, all is good.
