Find a rifle for the ammo

Swung by LGS today and scored primers but that's not the topic.. A gentleman was in there that scored a few hundred rounds of 7mm-08 ammo (where I don't know) so he needed a 7mm-08 rifle. They don't have a 7-08 but do have lots of 308, 30-06 rifles but no ammo
. In these unusual times I guess it's not odd to put the cart before the horse !

I had ~800 rounds of .357 mag (reloads) after I sold my last revolver, so I had to buy a Henry.

No longer own any 44 mags and don’t have any ammo but, I do had a die set. Perhaps I should pick up a BBS in 44?

I can't think of a better reason to get a new rifle
