20 gauge online

Post by Centaur » Sun Jan 16, 2022 8:40 am

After looking high and low for 20 gauge ammo locally, I found Reeds Outdoor Outfitters out of Minnesota through Gunbroker. Called them, and they were very helpful and had a good selection of 20 gauge. Placed an order, and it was painless. I have gotten pretty tired of seeing tons of 28 gauge on the shelves with zero 20 gauge. Who shoots 28 gauge, anyway??

glad you found a source for the shells you need .... in our area, stores (including Walmart) tend to have some 16 and 28 gauge shells but very few if any 12 or 20's

You will find quite a few 28 gauge shooters at the trap and skeet clubs. I have had the same issue looking for 20 gauge. Lots of 12 ga on the shelves here in Texas but no 20. What did you pay for the 20 ga from Reeds. I found some on ammoseek. Shipped to the door 115.00 for 250 rounds.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

A bit off topic but but a big thumbs up for Reeds. My wife bought a Browning lever action 22lr from them and they are great. Both 20ga and 410 shotgun shells are nowhere to be found around here.

Thanks for the post. 20ga and 410 shells are not to found here either.

Our local Walmart had Winchester AA 20 guage 100 pk 2 weeks ago $24.88 ,last week they were $44.88. So much for shooting clays.
