Still can't believe it.....
That some places asking over 80 bucks for a 500 round box of Remington Thunder .22 LR ammo! Bottom of the barrel for quality 22 ammo.

As long as the idiots will pay that much, they will keep it priced that way.

Larry, from a guy I know in Ohio.
Stopped by my lgs yesterday, the reloading section was still dismal no smokeless or primers. Ammo was better they hed 380, 9mm, 45acp and a big stack of Federal 22 in 800 round bricks for 64.95 one per customer. They had several new Taylor-Uberti cowboy revolvers that I would like to look at when I have more time. I have two but what's one more.

I was in a store yesterday buying some O-rings and this store has a large gun dept. When checking out there was a guy buying a box of ammo and one of the other cashiers told him he had been earlier and bought his limit of two boxes. Then the shouting match began which was very rude on his part but he did offer one great line, an instant classic in my opinion.
She said, I just doing my job and he replied......
“Fine, just do your job over there where you are.”
I left before everything got sorted out but I didn’t read anything about a big fight in the store yesterday.

I wonder what happened but I would stick up for the woman doing her job. Really where was the store manager.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

The customer was calling out for the manager but I left before that person arrived.....
I had just run up to the Ace Hardware three miles up the road for the O-rings.. no luck, drove 10 miles to Home Depot, no luck. Got frustrated so headed home which took me right by the North 40 feed store where the argument happened. As my 20 minute trip for a stupid O-ring was now in it’s second hour I just wanted to get home to finish my project. 2.5” O-rings are as scarce as 9mm ammo. North 40 did have them tho......

I may be wrong, but I don't think I'll ever live to see the day when people are fighting about buying pellets.
As for the single action revolvers, one of the big plusses for me is that the demand for single action revolvers tends to be low, compared to other handguns, so availability is better. At our two LGSs, single action revolvers have always been the slowest to sell.
