Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
With the price of diesel fuel at an all time high I doubt any of this will come down for some time.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Off the ammo topic but it smacks the inflation topic right in the kisser. We went to the grocery store earlier this week and spent $500. We did let our supplies go down further than normal but this is insane.

Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
The world and local economy can be compared to the human body in that it has lots of parts that do specific things and each is essential for the benefit of the whole body. And, if you break your leg or an arm, you're not likely to perform as well as before.
So, if there's a world-wide pandemic that shuts down entire countries with whom we depend to supply a big bunch of important stuff... oops. Broken leg.
And if a war breaks out in Europe and the response is global economic sanctions against the aggressor... oops. Oil and gas, wheat and other commodity prices go through the roof. Another broken leg.
And if extreme weather causes billions of dollars of property damage in burned, flooded, or storm ravaged communities... oops. Building supplies are hard to come by and expensive. A broken arm.
And, if the avian flu kills millions of chickens around the world and here. Oops. The price of eggs and wings go out of sight. Another broken arm.
Ouch. I hurt. And I'm not even counting my broken fingers or toes.
