Interesting. I seen some were available online and some were not. I am still debating about ordering some: free shipping for orders over $50.

I still haven't seen any ammo around here in months. Maybe they keep it in back if they sell a gun. Not many of them either.

I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.

following your recommendation, I called our nearest Academy ... they did have 20 boxes of #8 skeet shot .... didn't mention the brand .... they have a 10 box limit .... $9+ a box .... that's high but for these times, not really high .... called our youngest son who needs them .... haven't heard if he bought any .... once again, suggestion appreciated

Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
For the past 4 days, I have been getting newsletters from Grab-A-Gun about receiving ammo and firearms daily. I did check; some handgun ammo and shotgun ammo seem to be in stock. However, there was not any 30-30 or .357s. But, it seems to have lots of 9mm though. Because I don't like paying shipping, I may wait for awhile before buying any ammo.

Found some Agila 22 super extra 40 gr lead bullet at the LGS for $4.99. Had to buy some. No limit but I just bought 4 to give someone else a chance too.

Ammo supplies are getting a lot better around this area. Prices are a bit higher than usual but you can get pretty much whatever you want if you know where to go.

I stopped in a LGS a couple days ago, looking for 12ga shells. Found lots, at what I thought to be a good price. Picked up a box of 25 00 buckshot for $20. It is a brand that I am not familiar with: Sellier & Bellot. But, I figured it was worth a shot. There were a few handgun and rifle rounds, but not a wide selection. Yet, it seems like we are turning the corner.
