Painting The Interior

Post by Sir Henry » Sun Jan 19, 2020 12:01 pm

Now that the floors are complete I’m painting the house. I did the base when the baseboards were off and a couple wall tests but first will be doing ceilings everywhere. I hate painting ceilings!

Self portrait in the mirror in the hobby room.

This is the other wall in the hobby room and will be Army Green. Most of the walls will have gun safes covering the walls so it won’t be as dark as you think. Plus I have two three-socket lamps in the ceiling. With LED lights I have plenty of light.

The spare bedroom will be a lighter color.

That is a child’s mattress cover! I’m using it as a drop cloth.

The hobby room is almost done. I still have the wall/ ceiling border to do and some touch up. Then I can start to put the room together again. I packed firearms behind furniture to make them hard to steal. But it also makes it hard for me to get one to go plinking.

I wanted to go to the range tomorrow but it will need to wait at least two more days.
