Had a hot water hose pop on the back of the washer one time, full pressure on....washer tucked in tight in a closet. That was a good time.

Can picture the awfull scenario. Mine is a one piece stack unit in a closet.

We have Miele front loader, made in Germany, they are expensive but have been known to be handed down to the next generation. You may want to look at the Speed Queen stacked model.

Geesh! Sounds like a lot of money to get laundry done but I guess it beats going to a laundromat. Good luck.

Thanks, but the Speed Queen stac is over $3000.00. Over my budget.

We also checked into Speed Queen last year to consider a set. I agree, too expensive. Went with Whirlpool again. Been running Whirlpool's for almost 40 years now. We have Whirlpool everything, lol. Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher.
