That's a pretty screaming' deal. 45Colt Carbine BBS, by comparison, is $664. Zero familiarity with that caliber, but for a fan, that's a great find! Thanks for sharing!

Yeah. Too bad they didn't do that last Sept. Coulda saved me about $65.

I really don't understand why so many people neglect this caliber (other than the price/rnd). It's a great cartridge and a lot more flavors than when I started shooting it 20 years ago (Ruger Blackhawk).

Gunny, the .41 is a great round; handgun or rifle. I seriously considered it, but, opted for the .45 Colt. I don't think I'm done yet. Just biding my time. Don't wanna rush things ya know.

Oh, I didn't intend to sound like I was criticizing you
. Just making a general observation. The only other reason I can think of why it isn't more popular with the general public, is that it isn't really something most folks would consider to be a "fun" range toy cartridge. It's a serious hunting and SD round, just like the .44mag, so wouldn't appeal to the avg city dweller I suppose. Down here in the country, it's fairly popular with hog and deer hunters.

Gunny, no slight noticed at all. Knew exactly where you were coming from. The .41 is indeed a great round. Perhaps someday soon. You never know. We'll be talking.

Love the round, was the cal. that finally got me into the reloading game.
Had to have one, got one of the first 250 produced.
Here's mine with the Blackhawk right after I added the large loop.
