2 questions on 3 of my Henry BB-Steel rifles

Hi all,
Have messed around and done some gun smithing in my 57 yrs.
My question are as follows as I am waiting for a phone call back from Henry as they are the best.
#1 on my Brand-new 20" BB-Steel when open or closing inner mag tub the outter tube slightly moves clock and counter clock wise.
Outter tube isn't loose to come out of rifle. I think there is a small screw that secures the outter mag tube to the receiver ???

2nd question is on my newer BB-Steel 18.43" 45/70 when loading rounds into mag tube - Lever will pop open- Other than that Rifle performs fine.
Not picking my Henry's apart as I love the Darn things.... :D :D

this Henry Video might help with the loading issue ===> https://www.henryusa.com/henry-instruct ... odel-h010/

the lever popping open is often caused by the speed generated by the heavy shell moving down the tube .... basically, cut the angle so it descends slower

Henry is issuing a call tag for next week to pick-up rifle. I know that Henry will and does make things right for the customer.
Wish more companies were like HRA...

Just got notification as of yesterday. Per my request Henry is gonna replace 20" BB-Steel with a 16.5 44 mag carbine.
The rifle I had Henry pick up was a new 20" BB-Steel 44 mag with a Loose mag tube- Just wasn't happy with it as it was my 3rd Henry BB-Steel in Different calibers. I have to go through a new back-ground check at the Dealer I told Henry to send new rifle too. In which that is okay by me.
All I know is Henry is the best...

Great result .... but nothing that I wouldn't expect from Henry. They're a great company that really puts their customers first. Image

Welcome to the Forums btw, Dave. ;)
