I dropped by my LGS yesterday to look around and I saw a Henry on the used rack behind the counter. I asked to look at it and it was a 45-70. It has really nice fit and finish and nice looking wood. I am not sure but they may have said it was un-fired. It looks mint condition. It is something I really would like to have but we are looking at spending about 8-10,000 dollars of our own money to get our home fixed from the accident unless the insurance company comes through with more than offered. So guns right now may have to be put aside for a while. The price tag was $529 and if anyone here wants the shop name and number PM me and I will give it to you. He will mail it to your FFL. $529 for a like new H110 sounds like a good price to me .... at that price it shouldn't stay on the market very long
