According to the CS lady, this is the older two-piece design. There are no extra firing pins to send. It has to go back for the new one-piece design, which includes a new bolt.
Oh, joy.

Call back and ask.

That and bolt lockup tuning.Headspace would be my guess as well.
8. Drop off your packaged firearm at a UPS Hub or UPS Customer Center location. These locations are owned and operated by UPS. UPS Store locations and UPS Access Point Drop Off locations have their own policies and do not ship firearms.

I am hoping I can arrange a pickup.jstanfield103 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 19, 2024 12:55 amI believe the only time I sent a rifle back to Henry it was picked up at my house. Can't remember FedEx or UPS. But sometimes my memory is foggy.
If not any LGS should be able to send it back for probably a cheaper price. Especially the one you bought it at.

No idea UPS has scrubbed all those locations from its website. The one in ashland, at hanover air park, and apparently chesterfield are all gone.fortyshooter wrote: ↑Thu Sep 19, 2024 9:09 amHow far are you from the UPS center in Chesterfield County....Willis Road area? Most returns I have done have been thru FedEx.
Hi Aaron,
I have scheduled a UPS truck to pick up the firearm from your home.
They will print a new label when they arrive.
I am not able to give you a specific day or time they will arrive, but it is typically within 24-48 hours, and they will make 3 pick-up attempts.
Let me know if you have any questions
