That first photo of a good group was my last group of the day. I'd noticed on the last string that the scope had started to wobble.
I brought the gun in to clean it and to tighten that base back down with more lock tight. If blue lock tight doesn't work again, I'll try vibratite.

Vibratite VC-3 "Threadmate" is my go-to solution for loose Smith & Wesson side plate screws and also single action grip frame screws but I've never used it for scope bases.

How are you cleaning the hard crusty stuff off the baffles? Mine are anodized aluminum.

I have a custom Shilen barrel on a BBS in 357 but it will cost almost as much as your gun.

I assume you are wondering about Henry's rimfire barrels. I imagine the smith would turn the barrel to fit and notch it for the pins that hold it in place instead of threading it.
